Growing up across the road from the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga and spending time around yoga communities in Victoria and Montreal, I learned it's principles by osmosis throughout my life.   I finally took a formal training to teach yoga in the spring of 2014 with Moksha Yoga intl.  

Moksha Yoga is a green, clean, hot yoga series that stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind.  The pillars of Moksha are a solid foundation to live by:


Be Healthy, Be Accessible, Live Green, Sangha Support, Reach out, Live to Learn and Be Peace.  

The Moksha 1 series is part of my daily practice and I have found a way to combine it with my Medical Qigong practice.  I love to share both Yoga and Qigong in private sessions as I feel they have unique benefits to the body and energy systems.
